Tadeusz Marian Ostrowski, Ph.D., Associate Professor at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, the Head of the Developmental and Health Psychology Department of this University's Institute of Applied Psychology, a 2nd degree of specialization in adults clinical psychology holder. The research area: clinical health psychology, organizational psychology and exi-stential psychology. The author of the libertial-value-grounded theory of the meaning of life. Bogusława Piasecka, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Developmental and Health Psychology Department, Institute of Applied Psychology, Jagiellonian Uniyersity in Kraków, Poland. She is a certified psychotherapist of Polish Psy-chological Association. She leads couples and family psychotherapy in Kraków Therapy Centre and trainings in systemie family therapy in Center for Psychotherapy and Systemie Training. Krzysztof Gerc, Ph.D., Assistant Professor at the Developmental and Health Psychology Department, Institute of Applied Psychology, Jagiellonian Uni-yersity in Kraków, Poland. His scientific interests and publications refer to: mental development of disabled people in their lifespan and the issues ofsup-porting the development of child and young people who show developmental deficits. Hę deals also with the issues of culture of organization, its effect and meaning in the process of management in education and health care in the wider context of rehabilitation and educational psychology.
